Dear Reader
I am a spiritual coach, that is, I am a life coach that approaches coaching from a spiritual perspective. This means firstly that I spend much of my time contemplating the inner world of man: how and what we think and feel, and why. Secondly, I have a keen interest in the interelationship between a person's mindset and his or her outer world, for example behavior, relationships, patterns of experiences and power to bring about intentional change or achievement. Lastly, I am passionately committed to grow in my relationship with the Source of all Life, and thoroughly enjoy conversations with people likewise committed, regardless of the spiritual paths they choose to walk.

I coach mainly through e-mails. The advantage of e-coaching is that you can type up your questions, describe your experiences, express your feelings, thoughts and emotions, whenever necessary or convenient for you. Do not be concerned about spelling, syntax, repetition, and so on. Write as if you are talking out loud to me. You can send more than one email on a day if you need to. You may use a pseudo name if you prefer.
I will reply to your emails within 48 hours.
Please note: The disadvantage of e-coaching is that my answers may be of a more general nature until such time I get to know you better.
If you prefer face-to-face coaching sessions, I do work with a handful of clients who are serious about becoming A-LIVE. I consult in Honeydew, South Africa.

RATES
After the free trial, we will both know if it is beneficial to you to enter into a coaching relationship with me. You can then request my rates for e-coaching. Payment is made via Paypal (international clients) or EFT/cash (South African clients).
Please note
I am not a registered psychologist, nor a registered counsellor. If you have any mental state that is classified as an illness or deviation by Western psychology, you must disclose this to me. I cannot help you with your mental state, but may be able to assist with how to deal with it in a life supportive way.
